17-18"- Just below the collarbone

BRACELETS

Bracelets are generally a type of jewelry where size doesn't matter as much. For women, the industry standard bracelet diameter is 7 inches. Of course this length will not suit everyone, so it is wise to choose a bracelet that features an extension if you tend to have larger wrists. Or simply drop us a note when ordering so we may adjust it for you.

Note that certain styles of bracelets without clasps, such as bangles and cuffs cannot be adjusted.

Please e-mail VelvetRadical@VelvetRadical.com for all returns and exchanges, with the subject of your e-mail as your order number.

Please note that all returns sent to Velvet Radical without a notification email will be shipped back to the sender.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unworn jewelry within 7 days of delivery if due to damages and breakage. It is the customer's responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to the customer's negligence will not be accepted for a refund.

How can I exchange an item?
We are unable to accept exchanges since each piece was specially crafted for you.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
All refunds will be processed minus the shipping charge within 1-3 days of receipt at our studio. We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to Velvet Radical.

What items are non refundable?
There is no return or exchange on sized rings or altered items. The item must arrive to us in the same condition shipped, consisting of original packaging with tags, no signs of wear, nor any scratches or alterations.

What if I need a repair?
Please send us an email with your order number and "Repair Request" noted in the email subject. Include a photo of the jewelry which needs repairs. We will fix any repairs for free within the first 5 days after delivery. Repairs needed after this period will be cost reviewed.
